New year coming, I have to get out of various parties and think about the future. As time goes by, what is not ready to do in 2019 is over; how can we do better in 2020? Summary four points, and share with you.

Pain in 2019: we focus on production and market ,but not enough

Looking back to 2019, my disappointment comes from production, technology and the most important responsibility. At the same time, I found that the project team was sharpened by time and project, lacking the spirit of adventure. It's time to practice. Read some professional magazines, do bidding projects, and practice some complex projects, it is more important  improve the designer's sense of responsibility and professional level. I think it's my duty, so I will pay more attention to it in 2020.

Confidence in 2020：We have accumulation and persistence of 20 years

In 2020, I am very confident, because my team and I have led CNASMITH Group through 20 years,ups and downs, in which the hardships have made me and the company thrive and full of gains: we haven't become numb due to too much experience, we have not learned to be indifferent, but have learned to be equanimity. I firmly believe that no matter how the market changes, as long as the sun rises as usual, we will continue to open the pre-set procedures, face the challenges directly and face ourselves, and fulfill our duties and dare to innovate. I believe that everything that could happen in the future, for us, is "just one more time".

Look forward in 2020：The more difficult the market is, the better time to show the level

2020 is very worthy of expectation, because it is destined to be an extraordinary year that will give us more opportunities to do something extraordinary. Opportunities begin with challenges. The more difficult the market is, the more opportunities we have to show our level and surpass it. Please actively participate in it! In the future, you will have more things to remember and show off. However, in the face of the ever-changing future, I would like to give myself and my colleagues a few self diagnostic advice.

Don't be indifferent

If you have been in an industry for a long time, you will inevitably lose your passion and feel slack. No matter it's money making or travel, family and friends, even if the big surprise is in front of us, there won't be anything to keep excited, no matter what, no matter what. Even they all happy and sad ，just on the surface. Over the long term, we will only lose ourselves and go further and further on the wrong road.

Don't give up what you want

Life or work should always continue, give yourself some encouragement and motivation, find a fresh feeling and find the next goal. Only in this way, can you bring a little passion to the struggling days; some infatuation will be lost, some loss will be gained, and you will continue to pursue. You will step on the key step to change your destiny someday!

Don't be unprofessional

We are professional units and our employees are professionals. To solve professional problems with professional vision, professional mind, professional means and professional attitude. This is the basis, even if it is based on performance theory, even if it becomes obsession, it is also worthy of respect.

Don't no hurry

Opportunities are always given to those who are prepared. When there is no contract, they are in a hurry for the contract. When there is a contract, they are in a hurry for delivery. When the contract is over, they are in a hurry for collection. When the Receivables done, they are in a hurry for the new contract "Seize the day, never lose the time", the successful people are always quick.

Don't be "old and useless"

Don't afraid of your body old but your heart. If you don't care about anything, pursue nothing, specialize in nothing, or worry about anything, as Mr. Lu Xun said: some people live and he is dead.

Must join in

People who do things should not stay out of the business and Judge it. Instead, they should bow to the situation and join in. They should put themselves in and turn themselves into key variables to solve problems.

Fouse on achievement

This is a era that judge one to be hero or not according to his achievement.When faced with difficult problems, Ieoh Ming Pei always said: "I have never considered these problems, because I have been immersed in how to solve my own problems."

Keeping Open-minded

Success or failure write on the face, twisted face who take things too hard ,it is written that "changes occur when moving ,and grasp the key to solving problems" in the Guerrilla Warfare, so we should choose a direction and take a step first.

People not only want to live, but also live in an honest and trustworthy way. A beautiful lie and the ways of break the bottom line will eventually bring bad influence to themselves and all around,harm others and themselves.

Advice in 2020：work hard is more important than anything

On this stage, some people have been starting their own businesses, stumbling forward, and living is a great victory; some people are  experiencing, seeing from all over the world, and the process is the accumulation of wealth; some people are accumulating, takeing little by little, and insisting is the reward.

When we choose design, we should achieve the investors' ideas with our professional means and artistic vision. I think it's very happy to be a designer: we walk through different cities and understand the story behind them; we make the fantastic ideas became the city memory of one hundred years; we practice how to calm down in meetings. I left peacefully after the celebration, I retain the memory and feeling, in the moments of happy, happy, screaming, regretful and tearful, Creativity is the longest confession of love, and experience is the most precious wealth. Our happiness comes from witnessing, feeling and joining.

Over the past 20 years, CNASMITH Group has continuously deepened its professional design skills, introduced excellent design talents from home and abroad, continuously improved design services, and persisted in innovation and creation.
