Introduction: The plan focuses on research-based planning of land use, traffic organization mode, project layout, buildings combined mode and arrangement for image space, landscape, green system and estimated economic indicators, which provide a draft framework for detailed planning of the next step.

The plan proposes the concept of "the first dynamic southeastern Fujian Beach", using the functional orientation of "rich supporting function, public places, hot image of the beach, natural environment" and careful landscape design to create the natural ecological park environment in which people are intoxicated.
