Introduction: The project is located in Caohejing Songjiang Park. It covers an area of 40mu with the floor area ratio of 3.0 and the building area of 83,000 square meters. The project includes a five-star hotel, two tower office buildings and their auxiliary commercial buildings as well as a golf club.

Design concepts: the project is in the south of the major urban trunk Xinzhuan Road in Songjiang District. As it is the bridgehead on the way from the urban area to Caohejing Songjiang Park., the design focuses on creating the good regional reputation, maintaining the unity and coordination among buildings and at the same time, attempts to create two completely different building image by two completely different shapes and different materials. Emphasize the science and technology and the simple and stable personality.
