Introduction: Minsheng Terminal was built a hundred years ago and was known as “Blue Chimney Terminal”. Blue Chimney is the name of the first ocean shipping lane from Europe to China in the 19th century. The land use nature is commerce, office, entertainment and complex. It is required to plan this region to be a riverside leisure destination with cultural feature in Pudong and Yangpu Bridge area. This is a very important project regarded as the urban landmark, post-EXPO urban space and urban commercial platform. Its organization shape is determined in the urban construction planning as “three-district and one belt”.
