Introduction: Bergamot Lake Marriott Hotel is located in the center of high-end villa area built by Nanjing Suning Universal Group. The project site has been squeezed into a narrow triangle by the built houses, but investors still hope by the high-end hotel construction to enhance the overall value of land. In this project the comprehensive utilization of terrain and pursuit of style-oriented forms adopted by European designers have been fully presented. With step by step down the stairs of the hotel gardens and a fantastic body, every detail reflects investor’s request for the value. We think this is a successful attempt, far higher than the brand positioning of Marriott Group.
