Introduction:The project is the gateway connecting north of Guan to Beijing, a core area of Guan New Industrial Exemplary District.The central area of the plot is the functional sub-area consisting of business,shopping and afforestation. The business park is in the south of the plot while residential areas and the supporting business facilities are in the north. Each sub-area is connected by the afforestation belt. The site is well positioned geographically and has multiple landscape features, all of which help it become the leading industrial park in Guan that connects Beijing and Tianjin, yet embracing the whole nation.
