The project is located in the core area in the east of Luolong District, Luoyang City.

Planning strategy:
Based on the surrounding landscape resources and plot characteristics of the base，maximize the value of living,and get a good urban space,forming an ecological residential area will become the key to the design.

The whole planning composed of a north-south central axis,and a east-west direction landscape axis which through the central axis.The south side is a high-rise residential area, including 5 100m high-rise residential buildings and supporting houses for community service. There is a 120 meter high-rise residential building in the northeast corner, and there are 2 high-rise apartments with 170 meter  in the northwest corner. Under the apartments is a two-story business. The south side and west side of the plot form a complete business vitality ring, extending the business to the West plot.
