The base is located in 15km north of Tengchong, Baoshan, around Tengchong international volcano resort, only 1km away from the core area, surrounded by mountains, rich in vegetation, fresh air and good natural conditions. It is an important node for the future construction of the scenic spot and the entrance image location.

The planning respects the characteristics of topography, studies the cultural characteristics of the traditional courtyard in Tengchong, integrates the traditional Chinese planning pattern, integrates the planning techniques of Chinese street, lane, courtyard and garden into the overall building of the community, and creates a cultural community with traditional Chinese living habits.

The building plane use the resort hotel level split type plane design. Through two separate living spaces - one pure living space, one reception + living space, through the corridor, it is enclosed into a residential courtyard, and the indoor type in the plane achieves the ventilation and lighting on the north and south sides.

The facade design study the characteristics of traditional Yunnan residential buildings, white wall and grey tile, the main body is sloping roof, the wall window is large area of floor glass, which provides full lighting and sunshine, meanwhile, infiltrates the surrounding beautiful natural landscape into the room, local grid treatment, divides the outdoor functional areas, and provides the feeling of returning home in a resort hotel.
