Introduction: The project is located in Rose Lake of Qishuyan district, the total planned area is about 254.3 hectares of which the body area of the rose lake approximately 41.2 hectares. The total construction area is about 2,149,000 square meters with floor area ratio of 0.85.

Rose Lake project aims to restore the ecological environment as the core, building eco-city communities with golf landscape features as the goal, restoring the ecological environment as the cornerstone, in the spirit of forward-looking and holistic principles, following the international trend of ecological communities, using golf landscape features to optimize Rose Lake natural environment, creating a urban community with rational layout, composite function, and unique to improve the service level and city brand perception of Qishuyan district and Changzhou city.
