Introduction: Jiaochang Street starts from West Street to the south, Jiefang Street to north and it is life road of Xining city. Status of the street is not high quality and need transformation, Christian churches near the intersection of West Street need to be preserved. 

The planning aims to transform Jiaochang Street to a life road with modern European style as the main tone.
