Introduction: "Riverside Oasis" is located in northern Jing'an District, which faces Suzhou River and Hengfeng Road in the west, An Yuan Road in the north, West Beijing Road in the south.

The plan is made on the basis of conculding lessions learned from previous planning and developing experience. Its charateristics are mainly reflected in:

1.Sorting out each block (including current status, under construction, the one with programs), re-establishing the order of the space development;

2. Focusing on planing open space to refine the external environmental system;

3. Reparing, controlling and guiding the development of plans of spatial environment for each block.
