Introduction: The project planning mainly consists of three planning stages:

Phase 1: detailed design of station areas, the plan focuses on the station area and its core area, proposes a vision of how to closely combine the construction of rail transit stations to promote regional development and carried out the detailed design of the core area.

Phase 2: Station business district regulatory plan, on the basis of "detailed design of station areas" extended to south to form a wider range of Station Business District to promote inter-city railway station and orderly development of the business district, strengthening the area's planning, management and construction management, especially the preparation of planning.

Phase 3: Station Business District Urban Design, under the guidance of regulatory plan, arrange the overall urban space, conduct in-depth research for the important node in the core areas to create vigor and vitality of the train station area .
